Nariman Teymourian, Chairman and CEO, QuikCycle
Teymourian has been a CEO and COO for more than 15 years. He has also held executive positions in several large companies such as TRW, MicroAge, and Lockheed-Martin. Mr. Teymourian has extensive government experience as a senior advisor, consultant, and researcher with the U.S. Government's Departments of Energy, Defense, and State and related government agencies such as the RAND Corporation, Council on Foreign Relations, and the World Bank. Mr. Teymourian has been a lecturer at the University of Southern California, where he taught courses on International Business, Political Science, and Organizational Development. He has successfully started and sold three companies in the defense and healthcare technology fields, and brings a comprehensive set of proven skills, experience, and education to QuikCycle.
David Spreng, Managing General Partner, Crescendo Ventures
Spreng is a 17-year veteran of the venture capital business. He is the Founder and Managing General Partner of Crescendo Ventures, a Palo Alto-based international venture capital firm with more than $1 billion under management. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, a member of the board of the National Venture Capital Associations (NVCA) and a regular participant at the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos. David has been ranked on the Forbes Midas list (8th among VCs in 2005). During his 17 years in the venture capital industry, David has been active in the formation and development of nearly 50 technology companies with 16 IPO's and a dozen trade-sales. Some of the companies with which David is currently involved include Compellent, eSilicon, Envivio, Pure Digital, and QuikCycle.
Wayne Cantwell, General Partner, Crescendo Ventures
Cantwell joined Crescendo Ventures in early 2003 after spending nearly 20 years in the semiconductor and SIP industries. Immediately prior to Crescendo, Wayne served as President and CEO of inSilicon Corporation where he led the company through an IPO and several successful acquisitions. Before assuming the role of CEO at inSilicon, Wayne was responsible for overseeing Phoenix Technologies' worldwide field operations where he grew the organization to over 400 people and $125 million in globally distributed business. Wayne has extensive international experience, having run operations in Japan, Taiwan, and Europe, but has spent most of the last nine years based in the Bay Area. Prior to his role with Phoenix Technologies, Wayne held various sales and engineering positions with Intel Corporation and NEC Corporation. At Crescendo, Wayne is focused on working with companies in the semiconductor, SIP and technical software arenas as well as providing operational experience and support to Crescendo's portfolio companies.

Sirk Roh, Chief Financial Officer, has an 18-year career that includes financial and business analysis experience at both large, public companies, and fast-growing start-ups. Most recently, Sirk was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Z-force Communications, a network attached storage company, where he assisted in securing both debt and equity financings and led all finance, human resources, and administration functions. Prior to Z-force, Sirk was the controller for Nishan Systems, Inc., where he helped manage two rounds of financing worth $80 million, and established and directed all accounting and financial analysis functions for this storage networking manufacturer that grew from 14 employees to 150 during his tenure. Sirk held several positions at 3Com Corporation, including controller in the storage networking division. Sirk holds a Bachelor's degree with high honors in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dean Hamilton, Vice President of Engineering, has over 20 years of technology development, management and executive leadership experience at companies ranging from start-ups to billion dollar industry leaders. Prior to founding CoSine Communications, which created a new class of carrier-based networking that permitted service providers to provide business-class internetworking services, Hamilton was the general manager of the Carrier Signaling Infrastructure Business Unit at Ascend Communications, where he was responsible for the development of the company's intelligent networking products and strategy targeted at large ISPs. Before that, Hamilton was co-founder, CEO, and president of Subspace Communications, which was acquired by Ascend. He also held technology and management positions with NetExpress, Ventel, Inc. and LPCom, Inc. Dean was selected in 1999 by Forbes.com as one of the Top 8 Technology CEO's to Watch. Most recently, Dean was the CEO and founder of Quicksilver, a peer-to-peer application for eCommerce transactions. Hamilton is a patented inventor and is a graduate of St. Stanislaus College, Georgetown, Guyana.

Jim Harter, Vice President of Professional Services, brings 25 years of executive experience in managing customer-facing technical organizations for both computer hardware and software companies. Harter was Vice President of Professional Services at Datanautics, a supplier of enterprise-class web analytics products, prior to joining QuikCycle. He also built and managed the client services organization at Covalent Technologies, implementing and supporting open-source technologies at customers like Morgan Stanley and Texas Instruments. Other company affiliations where he has led professional service organizations have included Tumbleweed Communications and BroadVision, where he led the first customer implementation of BroadVision's products at customers such as Hong Kong Telecom and American Airlines, and built the North American professional services organization during a period of explosive industry growth. Jim began his career at Apple Computer, where he spent 15 years building and managing organizations in field technical sales, service operations, and systems integration. Jim studied Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Prachi Sharma, Managing Director and Country Manager, India Development Center, brings 17 years of senior engineering and technical management expertise in telecom and networking. Prior to joining QuikCycle, Sharma led the offshore development center for Accelerated Networks, a developer of multi-service broadband access products. Previously she was a Senior Manager for River Run Software Group, where she headed a business unit and worked on a number of telecom application developments. Sharma has also served in management and engineering roles at Hughes Software Systems and at the Indian Defense Ministry's Defense Research Development Organization. She holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Pune University, India.
