QuikCycle believes that a successful deployment of any lab automation or test management solution isn't a function of the software alone. It's a combination of people, process and technology that helps each customer gain the most from automating their testing lifecycle.
The QuikCycle professional services' organization has extensive experience in lab design, systems integration, operations management, test processes and automation.
Using best practices methodology, each software implementation begins with a needs assessment of a customer's existing lab environment(s). An implementation plan is then developed specific to the environment assessed. QuikCycle technical staff can perform device integration and installation activities as required. Further, they can provide assistance with ongoing lab maintenance and operations if needed.
Put simply, QuikCycle's goal is to provide a range of services equal to the needs of our customers, which can include:
- Consolidating multiple labs into one integrated, automated test environment
- Integration and installation of both connection plane and control plane equipment, including managed equipment under test, control or test equipment
- QuikCycle software integration with legacy applications, including software testing applications, configuration management, requirements management and defect tracking tools
- Creation of customized test or configuration scripts
- Turn-up testing prior to deployment
- Training - including system installation and overview, whether for users or system administrators
